ZOJO’s guest appearance during Workships with a Star

On February 28th, 2018, ZOJO was a partner of the 7th edition of “Workshops with a Star”, organized by the Allaboutlife.pl portal. At the event, the main task was to cook dishes from the book written by Karolina Szostak and Marta Kordyl, titled “My spectacular detox”, and some recipes were enriched with our formulas. The meeting was a fantastic time to talk about healthy eating, inspiration and finally cooking together.

The meeting was attended by: Ewa Szabatin – host, Karolina Szostak, Marta Kordyl, Maciej Lisowski, bloggers: Neonowa Strzała, Ashplumplum, Magdalena Antosiewicz, Mamy Ruszamy, Agnieszka Kałuża.

It is amazing to spend time together creatively, but also with a large dose of good, positive energy.

Recipes in which ZOJO formulas were used:

PUMPKIN COURGETTE GOULASH

  • 250 g of pumpkin
  • zucchini
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1-2 cloves of fresh garlic
  • sun-dried tomatoes with pumpkin seeds
  • teaspoon of curry
  • teaspoon of cumin
  • 1/2 chili peppers in the jar
  • bunch of coriander leaves
  • salt
  • pepper
  • The Beauty Pageant Formula

Chop the garlic, chili, onion and coriander. If we do not want the dish to be too hot, remove the seeds of the pepper. Put the onions and peppers in a heated pan. Add a little water so that it will not burn. Fry until onions are browned, then add garlic. Stirring, fry a few more seconds. Dice and add the zucchini, pumpkin, chopped coriander and sun-dried tomatoes. Season and cook on low heat for 30 minutes. Stir in the Beauty Pageant Formula before serving.

PASTE WITH CHICKPEAS AND BEETROOT (À LA HUMMUS)

  • glass of cooked chickpeas
  • lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves in a jar (garlic and pepper)
  • 1 jar of capers
  • water
  • linseed oil
  • boiled beetroot
  • salt
  • The Gorgeous Formula

Combine the cooked chickpeas and beetroots with the remaining ingredients and mix into a smooth paste. If it turns out too thick, add water.
After obtaining the right consistency, garnish with flavoured oil and sprinkle with coriander, if you like.This paste has a wonderful pink color!
