Lion’s Mane

Lion’s Mane is an edible mushroom that occurs naturally in Asia, Europe and North America. Its name comes from the spherical shape of the mycelium, which is covered with long “icicles”, similar to the lion’s mane. In Japanese and Chinese cuisine, this mushroom is considered a delicacy, often used in traditional cuisine. It contains a lot of protein, polysaccharides and microelements (selenium, zinc, potassium, iron).
