Carrot Cake


  • 5 g of The Beauty Pageant Formula
  • 4 large carrots
  • ½ glass of corn flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of xylitol
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 1 tea spoon of cinnamon
  • 1 tea spoon of baking powder

How to do it?

  1. Peel and grate the carrots on a small mesh grater
  2. Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites, then whip the egg whites into a stiff foam
  3. Mix the egg yolks with xylitol to obtain a light cream
  4. Add the egg whites to the egg mixture, followed by the cornflour, baking powder, cinnamon, oil, carrots and the Beauty Pageant Formula
  5. Mix all ingredients thoroughly with a spoon
  6. Pour the dough into a mold lined with baking paper
  7. Bake for about 60 minutes at 170°C
