Vanilla cream cheese with salted caramel and nuts

serves 2


Ingredients

  • 2 cubes of natural tofu
  • 1/2 lime
  • 4 tea spoons of erythritol
  • 2 table spoons of coconut cream
  • 1 vanilla stick
  • a few drops of vanilla oil
  • 2 tea spoons of The GORGEOUS Formula
  • 250 g of cane sugar
  • 1 tin of coconut milk
  • 1 table spoon of coconut oil
  • Himalayan salt
  • nuts for decoration

How to do it?

  1. Put the tofu in the blender, squeeze the lime and add erythritol. Add vanilla seeds, vanilla oil, coconut cream and The GORGEOUS Formula. Blend on high. Serve in cups and proceed to make the salty caramel.
  2. Melt cane sugar in a pot. Slowly add coconut milk while stirring. Add salt and boil for about 15-20 mins. Just before the end add coconut oil. When it thickens, pour it into the cups onto the cream cheese. Sprinkle with some nuts and it’s ready to serve.
