Ingredients
- handful of blueberries
- 1 ripe banana
- handful of strawberries
- 2 ripe plums
- Extras: fiber, nuts, linseed, banana, kiwi or coconut flakes
How to do it?
- Blend the fruits and 5 gr of The BIKINI BODY Formula in a blender.
- Decorate your smoothie bowl with the chosen extras.
Hints:
Smoothie bowl should be more dense than a regular cocktail, but if you have problems with blending the fruits you can add some milk.
