Ingredients

  • handful of blueberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • handful of strawberries
  • 2 ripe plums
  • Extras: fiber, nuts, linseed, banana, kiwi or coconut flakes

How to do it?

  1. Blend the fruits and 5 gr of The BIKINI BODY Formula in a blender.
  2. Decorate your smoothie bowl with the chosen extras.

Hints:

Smoothie bowl should be more dense than a regular cocktail, but if you have problems with blending the fruits you can add some milk.
