Napoli pizza with grapes and YOUNG formula
Ingredients
- 170 g of flour
- 100 ml of water
- 5 g of salt
- 0,5 g of yeast
- 1 teaspoon of The Young Formula
- 250 g ricotta cheese or white vegan cheese
- 200 g of grapes
- rosemary
- honey to serve
How to do it?
Prepare your dough a day before. Mix the yeast with cold water, combine with flour, salt and The Young Formula, work it for about 15 min. When ready put into the fridge for the night. Next day for your pizza. Cut the grapes in half and portion the cheese roughly with your hands. Place all your ingredients on the dough and sprinkle with rosemary. Bake in 250 C for about 2.5 mins. Serve with honey.
