Soy yoghurt green pancakes with adaptogens

serves 2


  • 6 spoons of rice flour
  • 5 spoons of wheat flour
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 glasses of rice milk
  • 2 spoons of dates syrup
  • 2 spoons of The SUPERGREENS Formula
  • 2 spoons of natural soy yoghurt
  • a pinch of baking powder
  • 1-2 spoons of coconut oil for frying

How to do it?

Crush the banana with a fork and mix with the yoghurt, syrup and milk. Mix all dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Mix them well and add all the wet ingredients. Warm up some oil on a pan and fry your pancakes. Flip them over when you see air bubbles. Serve on a plate, decorate with powdered sugar or favourite fruits.
