The Kiddie Breakie


  • 5 g of the I Love You Formula
  • ½ cup of oatmeal (or any other flakes)
  • ½ cup of natural yogurt
  • handful of pumpkin seeds
  • handful of any dried fruits
  • handful of walnuts
  • few slices of fresh fruits, e.g. peach

How to do it?

  1. Infuse the oatmeal with hot water and leave it for 15 minutes.
  2. During this time, cut the fruit slices.
  3. Add the formula, natural yogurt, seeds, nuts, candied and fresh fruit to the oatmeal mixture.
  4. Watch how your child eagerly eats a healthy breakfast.
