- 5 g of the I Love You Formula
- ½ cup of oatmeal (or any other flakes)
- ½ cup of natural yogurt
- handful of pumpkin seeds
- handful of any dried fruits
- handful of walnuts
- few slices of fresh fruits, e.g. peach
How to do it?
- Infuse the oatmeal with hot water and leave it for 15 minutes.
- During this time, cut the fruit slices.
- Add the formula, natural yogurt, seeds, nuts, candied and fresh fruit to the oatmeal mixture.
- Watch how your child eagerly eats a healthy breakfast.
