Triple Layer Summer Smoothie
Ingredients
- 5 g of The ZOJO Sexy Formula
- ½ cup of blueberries plus a handful to decorate
- handful of raspberries to decorate
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of strawberries
- 1 kiwi
- Cup of almond milk
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 200 ml of natural yoghurt
How to do it?
- Blend blueberries and banana together, if necessary – add a small amount of almond milk. Pour the mixture into a glass about 3-4 cm high.
- Mix yogurt with a spoon of honey. Pour the yogurt gently into the glass on top of the first layer so that they do not mix.
- Blend kiwi and strawberries together, add some almond milk if necessary. Gently pour the mixture to form the third layer.
- Decorate with blueberries and raspberries.

Hints:
- In order to prevent the layers from mixing, apply them with a spoon.
- The consistency of a smoothie should be quite thick.
