Triple Layer Summer Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 5 g of The ZOJO Sexy Formula
  • ½  cup of blueberries plus a handful to decorate
  • handful of raspberries to decorate
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of strawberries
  • 1 kiwi
  • Cup of almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 200 ml of natural yoghurt

How to do it?

  1. Blend blueberries and banana together, if necessary – add a small amount of almond milk. Pour the mixture into a glass about 3-4 cm high.
  2. Mix yogurt with a spoon of honey. Pour the yogurt gently into the glass on top of the first layer so that they do not mix.
  3. Blend kiwi and strawberries together, add some almond milk if necessary. Gently pour the mixture to form the third layer.
  4. Decorate with blueberries and raspberries.

Hints:

  1. In order to prevent the layers from mixing, apply them with a spoon.
  2. The consistency of a smoothie should be quite thick.
