- 5 g of The Supergreens Formula
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 small clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Half a lemon or lime juice
- A pinch of minced pepper
- Pinch of salt
- A pinch of chili
How to do it?
- Blanch the avocado with some boiling water, cut it in half and take the avocado pulp out with a spoon.
- Put the avocado into a bowl and crush it with a fork.
- Add crushed garlic, olive oil and lemon / lime juice.
- Season the spread with salt, pepper and chili.
- Don’t forget to add a teaspoon of our Supergreens Formula 😉
- Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and experience how tasty health feels.
