When can I expect my order?
All shipments are processed by DHL courier company. After the payment is posted, the delivery is carried out within 1 to 14 days. Depending on where you live, your order should reach you within 3 – 10 working days. The orders are sent out on weekdays only. Orders placed on Friday after 1.00pm, Saturday, Sunday or a holiday will be shipped on the first working day thereafter.
We aim to ship orders the same day provided that they were placed before 7.00am. Orders placed after this will be processed and shipped the next business day. Should we not be able to dispatch the products on the same or next day, we will notify you and let you know the estimated delivery date.

Is it possible to pick up the order at a selected ZOJO boutique?
Yes, it is possible to pick up your order at the below ZOJO stores:

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
No, unfortunately at this point we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
What currencies can I pay in?
We accept payments in the following currencies: PLN, EUR and GBP.
What are your accepted payment methods?
We provide our customers with the following payment methods:
- Prepayment by bank transfer or credit card payment via the electronic payment system Przelewy24 or PayPal;
- Prepayment by traditional bank transfer onto the Seller’s bank account at mBank S.A. in Poland, account no: PLN: 58 1140 2062 0000 5572 0300 1001, GBP: 04 1140 2062 0000 5572 0300 1003 or EUR 31 1140 2062 0000 5572 0300 1002.
What about returns?
We love our products so we want you to enjoy them too, however if for whatever reason you are not happy with your delivery, please simply send the goods back to us for a full refund within 14 days from receipt (subject to the product being unused and clean, with original packaging undamaged and without signs of opening). We process refunds within 14 working days from when we receive your return. Unfortunately we are not able to pay for the return delivery so we request the customer pays for the return delivery. We aim to treat our customers with love and respect so be assured that even the returns & refund process at ZOJO will be a pleasant experience (although we do hope you will love our products and never need to return them!)
