Składniki

60 g masła migdałowego
100 ml oleju kokosowego
1 ½ łyżeczki syropu klonowego
1 łyżeczka złotego mleka od Zojo Golden Adapto Latte
1 szklanka quinoa
¾ szklanki wiórek kokosowych
3 szklanki mieszanych orzechów
2 szklanki mieszanych nasion
½ szklanki suszonej żurawiny
½ szklanki suszonych jagód goji

Przygotowanie

Wyłóż blaszkę (24x15x3,5 cm) wyłóż papierem do pieczenia.
Masło migdałowe, olej kokosowy i syrop klonowy rozpuść w małym garnuszku na małym ogniu. Lekko przestudź. W misce połącz quinoa, wiórki kokosowe, suszoną żurawinę i jagody goji. Dodaj 3 szklanki mieszanych orzechów oraz 2 szklanki mieszanych nasion. Wlej mokre składniki do suchych i mieszaj do połączenia. Przelej powstałą masę do formy. Łyżką dociśnij masę do formy aby utworzyć równą warstwę. Włóż do lodówki na 2-3h, aż masa stwardnieje. Podawaj pokrojone w małe batoniki.
